澳門一直都是台灣人的旅遊首選,我也當過好幾次不專業地陪,帶飛來度假的親友逛景點、吃美食。

 

從小一起長大的摯友要來澳門自助旅行,查了不少資料後決定帶她去吃全澳門第一間旋轉餐廳「璇宮」。

 

璇宮位在博彩業最早發展的本島市區,是間見證二、三十年歷史的西餐廳。老派的典雅裝潢、緩緩轉動的地面,意外相襯的是窗外新興飯店的七彩燈光,和桌上新穎的平板菜單。

 

餐點不外乎意粉(義大利麵)、牛扒(牛排)等經典品項,味道不差,唯一讓我留下深刻印象的,卻是甜點「火焰焗雪山」。

 

桌邊點燃君度橙酒後淋在巧克力冰淇淋上,白色鮮奶油以雪山的造型承接藍色火焰,搭配當季水果便成了餐廳的招牌菜;澳門的繁華、澳門的興衰,彷彿全都盛裝在這份甜點中,比起華麗,更多是歲月的滋味。

 

Macau is one of Taiwanese's favorite destinations for holidays. During my time there, a few friends and family visited for vacation and I became their amateur tour guide.

 

When a close friend flew to Macau, I took her to the very first revolving restaurant - Rotunda Revolving Restaurant.

 

Located at the downtown area where casino industry first started, Rotunda is an elegantly-decorated restaurant that has been serving western cuisines for almost thirty years.

 

Pastas and steaks there were above average, but the most impressive dish was their signature dessert "Flame on the Iceberg".

 

Chocolate ice cream with white cream on the top, flaming Cointreau poured over it by the waiter, this fancy dessert is not only customers' all-time favorite, but also the living proof of Macau's history.
